Where is the event being held?

The event will take place at the Microsoft Conference Center - Building 33: 16070 NE 36th Way, Redmond, WA 98052.

What are the dates for BlueHat?

BlueHat will take place from October 11-12, 2023.

Where can I find the agenda?

The agenda will be released later in September, 2023.

Is transportation being provided?

At this time there will be no transportation to and from the event, as travel is to be secured on your own.

Where can I park?

There is ample parking in multiple lots surrounding the Microsoft Conference Center. Please take a look at our campus map to identify the parking that is in close proximity to the venue.

What time will registration/event check-in be open?

Check-in will be open starting at 8:00am PST on both the 11th and 12th.

Can I use my employee badge to access the event?

Although the event is being held on Microsoft campus, we do require that you check in and utilize our event specific badge to attend the event. If you plan to venture to other areas of the campus, you will need your employee badge, as the event badge does not serve as a replacement for your employee building access. Our event badge strictly provides access to the BlueHat 2023 events.

Will the sessions be recorded for later viewing?

YES! Most sessions will be recorded. Some experiences such as Villages may not be recorded, but all keynotes and main sessions will be available. Should you be unable to attend the event we will be sharing out the content at the conclusion of the event. Videos will be posted on our BlueHat website in the weeks following the conference.

Will T&E be covered for attendees?

Microsoft will be unable to pay for travel costs and lodging expenses, while tickets are complimentary. If you plan to attend BlueHat 2023, you will need to secure your own travel and accommodations.

Will T&E be covered for speakers?

If you are speaking at the event and feel you have not yet been provided with details on travel and accommodation, please reach out to bluehat23speakers@microsoft.com.

How do I submit a session?

Thank you for your interest in sharing your expertise with the community! At this time, session submission has closed, and we are no longer accepting new submissions. If you would like to be considered for the next BlueHat, please reach out to bluehat@microsoft.com and we will add you to our mailing list.

How do I make a request for accommodation or accessibility needs?

If you have a special need at the event, please ensure you provide the information on your registration form. If for some reason you missed providing that information when registering, please reach out to bluehat23reg@microsoft.com.

I registered for the event but need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. How do I cancel my registration?
